  • ▸ How to Create an Account

    1. Open the RECO app.

    2. Tap Sign Up on the home screen.

    3. Choose to sign up via email, Apple, or Google.

    4. Enter your details (name, email, password).

    5. Tap Create Account.

    6. Verify your email if prompted.

    ▸ How to Edit Your Profile

    1. Tap Profile in the bottom menu.

    2. Tap the Edit (✏️) icon.

    3. Update your bio, profile photo, or location.

    4. Tap Save.

    ▸ How to Delete Your Account

    1. Go to Settings > Account.

    2. Tap Delete Account at the bottom.

    3. Confirm by following the instructions.

      • Note: This action is permanent.

  • ▸ How to Buy an Item

    1. Browse or search for the item you want.

    2. Tap on the listing to view details.

    3. Tap Buy Now or Make Offer.

    4. Confirm your shipping address and payment method.

    5. Tap Confirm Purchase.

    ▸ Payment Options

    • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

    • PayPal (if enabled)

    • RECO Wallet (coming soon)

    ▸ What to Do If an Item Doesn’t Arrive

    1. Go to Orders > Purchases.

    2. Tap the item in question.

    3. Tap Report an Issue and select “Item not received.”

    4. We’ll investigate and keep you updated via the dispute centre.

  • ▸ How to List an Item

    1. Tap Sell from the bottom menu.

    2. Upload clear photos (3–5 recommended).

    3. Enter a title, description, category, condition, and price.

    4. Choose shipping options.

    5. Tap List Item.

    ▸ Shipping Guidelines

    • Use RECO prepaid shipping labels.

    • Ship within 3 business days.

    • Package securely (ideally in reused or eco-friendly packaging).

    ▸ How You Get Paid

    1. Once the buyer receives and accepts the item, funds are released to your RECO Wallet.

    2. Withdraw funds to your bank account via Wallet > Withdraw.

  • ▸ RECO Return Policy

    • Returns allowed only if:

      • The item is significantly not as described.

      • The wrong item was sent.

    • Must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

    ▸ How to Request a Refund

    1. Go to Orders > Purchases.

    2. Select the item.

    3. Tap Report an Issue and explain the problem.

    4. Upload any relevant photos.

    5. RECO will review and respond within 48 hours.

  • ▸ How to Report a User

    1. Go to the user's profile or listing.

    2. Tap the ••• menu.

    3. Select Report User and choose a reason.

    ▸ Scam Prevention Tips

    • Avoid off-platform payments.

    • Always use tracked shipping.

    • Never share personal contact or banking details.

  • ▸ Can’t Log In

    • Try resetting your password.

    • Check your internet connection.

    • Still stuck? Contact support via the app or website.

    ▸ Payment Failed

    • Ensure your card has sufficient funds.

    • Try another payment method.

    • Contact your bank if the issue persists.

    ▸ Listing Not Showing

    • Ensure it was successfully posted.

    • Check your internet connection.

    • If flagged, we’ll email you.
